Mechanics vs. Psychology

Most stammering therapy focuses on how you move your mouth (mechanics). But if you can speak fluently when alone, your mechanics are fine.

The real issue is Fear Conditioning. Your brain has learned that speaking = danger. We are here to unlearn that link.
