3.2 User Profile & My Services The application shall allow registered users to: • Manage personal profile details such as name, contact information, address, and profile photo • Maintain emergency contact details • Add and manage family members for booking purposes • Access a unified “My Services” section including wallet balance, refunds, loyalty points, and pass usage history
