exam scrutiny
The Question Paper Management System is designed to automate and securely manage the end-to-end process of question paper preparation, scrutiny, approval, and examination control in an academic institution. The system coordinates interactions among multiple stakeholders including the Head of the Department (HOD), Exam Coordinator, Module Coordinator, Faculty, and Question Paper Scrutineer. The HOD initiates the process by creating academic modules and appointing the Exam Coordinator and Module Coordinator. The Exam Coordinator is responsible for opening and closing examinations, assigning question paper setters, approving the finalized question papers, and downloading and printing the approved papers. The Module Coordinator manages communication with faculty members, receives prepared question papers, assigns scrutineers, and collects scrutiny reports. Faculty members prepare, submit, and correct question papers as required, while the Question Paper Scrutineer examines the submitted papers for accuracy, syllabus coverage, and standardization, and submits a detailed scrutiny report. The system ensures proper workflow control, accountability, and confidentiality at each stage of the examination process. This use case diagram visually represents the functional requirements of the system and illustrates the interactions between users and system functionalities
