You are operator of a bus travel website - build operator side of the website Design wireframes as lead ux designer for bus travel website where incase rail travel is disrupted it can be replaced by bus. There are 3 scenarios to be worked on These requirements are:  1. Building duties and timetables  2. A dashboard to provide historical and real-time updates on live duties  3. Invoice management    1. Building duties and timetables  Creating timetables and duties is currently a very manual task for the travel business, consuming too much time and resource. Company is seeking an automated process that can replicate the existing process (see below) and automate is, in order for duties to built in a matter of seconds rather than hours.   Timetable information is received by Travel Company from the client (a Train Operating Company (TOC)) and duties are built to meet the potential demand of the planned timetable. The requirement is to fully build said duties to satisfy the published timetable with the ability to view and edit at any time along with the ability to share the duties via email or other method.  It is also required that Running Boards are automatically produced, providing key information for the operator such as stopping points en route and the locations, postcodes and What Three Words of scheduled stops. An example of a Running Board is attached with this brief.  Sample data files are included, with the following information:  * Details of upcoming blockades   * A duty tracking report  * Pace notes example  * Example timetable from Northern Trains    2. A dashboard to provide historical and real-time updates on live duties  It is critical that travel Company is able to track the progress of all duties that have been created, to ensure all stages of the duty lifecycle are reported. This covers duty creation, duty acceptance and duty delivered.  Some of the key statuses of a duty are:  * Duty requested  * Duty request received  * Duty request timetabled and issued  * Duty request accepted  Alongside this, the real-time tracking of live operational duties is required, providing the following information  * Overall health of the duty (definition to be defined)  * % and # number of vehicles running on time and/or with delay  * Location of vehicles in a live duty  Aspects of this dashboard could be shared with the client.    3. Invoice management  The Travel Company business spends a considerable amount of time in the management and reconciliation of invoices.  As part of the prototype, we would like you to demonstrate the system’s ability to generate automated and bespoke customer invoicing and financial reporting using rail replacement booking and duty data.  * Data ingestion of rail replacement booking and duty data, with clear linkage between services delivered, customers, and cost centres.  * Application of configurable pricing rules to calculate revenue (e.g. mileage, time-based rates, minimum charges, supplements).  * Automated invoice generation from booking and duty data, including clear service breakdowns and totals.  * Ability to produce bespoke invoices, including splitting or grouping charges by customer, cost centre, route, or service type.  * Customer-facing invoice reporting, showing invoice summaries with drill-down to underlying booking and duty detail.  * Dashboard reporting of key financial metrics, such as revenue by customer, route, cost centre, and time period.
