VM Api onboarding
I want to screens total, forst screen will ask user to enter application ID that registers for onboarding vm and that accepts only numbers and on submit it navigates to next screen where it displayes the form with all the questions and prefilled answers for the question if response contains answers , answer filed can be textarea or drop-down and save for later and submit application buttons it should have . And there should be back, edit form icon and collapse or expand questions (if possible). Design me Ui design that satisfies all the requiment . I want some images and model look and feel In it.
