Pursuant to the invocation of Stage III of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP), the following directives are hereby issued for immediate implementation across the National Capital Region (NCR):

1. Construction and Demolition (C&D) Activities

All non-essential C&D activities are strictly prohibited. Exceptions include:

• Railway services and station maintenance
• Metro rail projects
• Airport operations
• Inter-state bus terminals

2. Vehicular Restrictions

BS-III Petrol and BS-IV Diesel LMVs (4-wheelers) are restricted from plying in Delhi and the NCR districts of Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Gautam Buddh Nagar.
