A transparent roadmap to urban renewal and community development.
The Church owns the land and the houses thereon. In the 1970s, 49-year formal leases were granted to respective tenants to provide housing stability.
All leases officially expired between 2021 and 2022. The properties had been run down over time, necessitating a new strategic direction for the land.
Recognizing the impact on families, the Church allowed a 5-year grace period to allow for proper planning, transition, and community communication.
Definitive notices to vacate have been lawfully distributed to all occupants. The process is now in the final implementation phase.
All premises must be vacated by the end of April 2026 to allow the redevelopment project to commence.
A dedicated support system established to ensure transparency and clarity.
A dedicated Vacant Possession Committee (VPC) has been carefully put together to handle the entire process with integrity.
Located at the Caritas Building (close to the housing estate).
OPEN: Monday - Saturday
Here to handle all clarifications and tenant concerns.
We are hosting Twin Hall Engagements to meet occupants, leaders, and PAPs. Our goal is to educate and ensure all key details are understood.
The Church plans to redevelop the land into a state-of-the-art mixed-use complex, transforming the area for the better.
Current occupants interested in the upcoming project are free to register their interest. You will be given due consideration for the newly built project.
